Here is how to determine how many square feet of livable space can fit in such a tunnel.
1) Calculate the square that can fit in the tunnel using http://www.easysurf.cc/circle.htm#sqincil
2) Determine the number of floors possible (4)
3) multiply the length by the floors by the width (=5280*4*41 = 865920 square feet)
