Resume Writing Tips

Tailor each resume to the role applied for.
Google "Best resume verbs for [job title]". Use hard-hitting verbs (created, built, launched, developed, etc.) Only use them a max of two times.

Use traditional layout and don't get too creative with the layout.
Quantitative - numbers, numbers, numbers. Examples "Managed team of 17 to drive two new product features for 14 customers in 20 percent less time than previous two product features.", and "Ran 80+ hours of user interviews to find top three needs, shared executive report weekly, and delivered 20 percent cost savings." It is nice to have executive sponsorship, global scope, multiple teams, multiple customs, c-suite, etc.
