That which was from the beginning,
We heard and seen with our eyes;
As we look upon the sinning,
Through the cheating with our lies.

We look and touched with our hands,
About God and His Word of life;
The meaning of all His commands,
And why all the toils and strife.

The life was made to manifest,
We have seen it to testify;
Eternal life in our quest,
Through the Father to glorify.

We have seen and heard to proclaim,
That you have fellowship with us;
To rid us of the guilt and blame,
From the iniquities as thus.

Fellowship with God is through Christ,
With the Father which through His Son;
Remember what was sacrificed,
And in knowing how it was done.

For I am writing of these things,
So that our joy is complete;
As the fullness of this joy brings,
In causing of Satan’s defeat.
