Let me never be put to shame,
Your righteousness delivers me;
Putting my trust as I proclaim,
Taking refuge in Your decree.
Incline Your ear and rescue me,
As to be my rock of refuge;
And deliver me speedily,
Before the enemy deluge.
Save me to be a strong fortress,
For Your name sake lead and guide me;
Give me the strength for all the stress,
Conceal me from my enemy.
To You I commit my spirit,
Because You have delivered me;
The salvation I inherit,
Erases my iniquity.
