Fear not, be glad and rejoice,
For the Lord has done great things;
Exult Him lift up your voice,
Of all the goodness He brings.

Fear not you beast of the field,
The pastures remaining green;
The vineyard gives their full yield,
Fruit bearing trees that have been.

Be glad children of Zion,
Rejoice in the Lord your God;
Watch for the prowling lion,
He would want to make you flawed.

God gave you an early rain,
Abundant rain soaked the ground;
Threshing floors are full of grain,
Overflowing vats abound.

God will restore for the years,
That the swarming locust ate;
He will wipe away the tears,
On the agony of past fate.

Eat plenty to be fulfilled,
Praising the name of the Lord;
Dealt wondrously and instilled,
As He is loved and adored.

Not at all be put to shame,
That He is the Lord Your God;
He’s in your midst to proclaim,
Always to honor and laud.
