We live according to the flesh,
As per to the flesh you will die;
We are debtors to be afresh,
And that we have been asking why.

By the Spirit you put to death,
Deeds of the body you will live;
The Holy Spirit gives new breath,
By confessing God will forgive.

All who are led by the Spirit,
Are declared being sons of God;
He will guide you through your merit,
If you also honor and laud.

Receive not as a sinful slave,
Captive to fall back into fear;
Which takes you to an early grave,
Forgetting Abba to revere.

Abba, Father whereby we cry,
The Spirit Himself bears witness;
And having Christ as an ally,
Increases spiritual fitness.

Children of God is what we are,
Heirs of the Father and with Christ;
Each of us as a shining star,
Proclaimed by who was sacrificed.
