At many times, in many ways,
To our fathers that God spoke;
By the prophets both nights and days,
In sundry times ways to invoke.

In these last days He has spoken,
Unto us through Jesus His Son;
Of commandments we have broken,
Immorality we had done.

He had been appointed as heir,
By His Father of everything;
And created the world to share,
All the resources it does bring.

Radiance of glory of God,
Exact imprint of His nature;
Upholds the universe to laud,
Upon every living creature.

For of His power by the Word,
By Himself had purged our sin;
Like a shepherd watching the herd,
His Majesty’s reign did begin.

He sits on the right hand on high,
To the angels is superior;
Inheritance held to deny,
The wicked as inferior.
