Rejoice and pray without ceasing,
Give thanks to your situation;
The will of God is releasing,
To consider your salvation.

For Christ Jesus has been in you,
So don’t quench the Holy Spirit;
Nor despise prophecies if true,
Think of Jesus in your merit.

Be sure to test all things for proof,
But holding fast to what is good;
Discarding what would be a spoof,
Abstain from evil as you should.

Refrain what seems to be evil,
So, you remain at peace with God;
Wicked ways are of the devil,
Which causes you to become flawed.

May the God of peace sanctify,
Completely your spirit and soul;
Of our Lord never deny,
Allowing Him to take control.

For He who calls you is faithful,
If you ask, He will surely do;
When you are humble and grateful,
Your sincerity has been true.
