I thank Christ who gave me the strength,
Because He has judged me faithful;
To persevere at any length,
To Him I am very grateful.

I was a blasphemer and pest,
But I received mercy from Christ;
Jesus had given me a zest,
No longer as earthly enticed.

The grace of the Lord overflowed,
From Christ Jesus with faith and love;
His shining glory that had glowed,
As it was flowing from above.

Worthy of all acceptation,
As trustworthy and deserving;
Offering us the salvation,
Which was causing us all sinning.

I got mercy for this reason,
Christ Jesus showed perfect patience;
An example of what was done,
For eternal life in essence.

The King of ages, immortal,
Honor and glory forever;
Invisible and eternal,
With wisdom that will not sever.

For this charge I entrust in you,
In accordance with prophecies;
Wage a good warfare that is true,
Other preaching are fantasies.

Hold your faith and a good conscience,
Some have faith that is a shipwreck;
Your faith is to an allegiance,
Always keeping your faith in check.

Some have been given to Satan,
That they may learn not to blaspheme;
Their faith in Christ becomes strengthen,
And truth is flowing like a stream.
