Come together shameless nation,
O you nation not desired;
You masters of deviation,
That wickedness has acquired.
Before the decree takes effect,
Before the day passes away;
Before feeling the wrath affect,
I plea that you no longer stray.
Seek the Lord in this humbled land,
Before judgment seek righteousness;
The judgment verdict is at hand,
The Lord’s day of angered justice.
For Gaza shall be forsaken,
Ashkelon a devastation;
Ekron an earthquake has shaken,
Ashdod forced out by destruction.
