That which was from the beginning,
That I had seen with our eyes;
And which I heard about sinning,
Which God looked upon to despise.

I looked upon with our hands,
With concerning the Word of Life;
Being made manifest demands,
That sinning will constitute strife.

The life was made as manifest,
And I have seen to testify;
Proclaiming that you will be blest,
With eternal life will apply.

The Father manifests in Word,
In which has appeared to us;
That which I have seen and have heard,
And I proclaim to you as thus.

So that you may have fellowship,
With all the other believers;
The Father and the Son worship,
Being salvation receivers.

I write these things that you may know,
So that your joy may be complete;
And that you are able to grow,
Into the spiritual elite.
