You should know how great a struggle,
If you knew of a great conflict;
Those who have seen me face trouble,
Hears blaspheme that does contradict.

Though their heart may be encouraged,
Being knit together in love;
A charade that is disparaged,
Whose origin not from above.

All the riches of confidence,
Knowledge of understanding God;
It is Christ taking precedence,
That you need to honor and laud.

The mystery hides all treasure,
Of the knowledge and the wisdom;
Revealing spiritual pleasure,
That’s in the heavenly kingdom.

I say that no one may deceive,
Beguile you with enticed words;
Plausible debates to believe,
As nonsense which is for the birds.

From the body I am absent,
Yet am I with you in spirit;
In one accord and compliant,
My faith in Christ shows through merit.
