You may have the skill

To drop 10 cent words

For us dolts to grab

From the ignorant skies

We imbibe in

But while we remain unpolished

At the mercy of feelings

You have the gift of gab

So brilliant on the page

But I can’t remember

One quatrain

What does it mean anyway?



It's tough to look inside

While pontificating on

The sins of the material world

A part of it

But allegedly above it all

There's more energy

To be summoned

Outside of mathematical equations

And creative formulas

But sadly you can't reach

For something new

That may disturb

Yet electrify you.
