I stand in that side
The air is cool
Yet in the house things
full of beauty blow
If the rest of the road is
half as good there awaiting
is a double crust
Blind and tormented angered
and alone
The doors are in the temple
snd the marsh bird secretly
builds the watery soil
I can be true to the land
I wait at the outer gate and
rigidly I face the vast unknown
Perhaps one day when time has
slowed my stride Ill feel the
freedom that fills all space
This day I sail westward
There is a kinda charm
What lesson is brought
How far how long how fine
Ill take cherry
I don't have to hesitate
The freedom that fills all space
Im on that side
