I saw the new Heaven and earth,
First Heaven and earth passed away;
The sea no longer had its worth,
Of the fish that had gone astray.

The holy city of Zion,
The new Jerusalem came down;
Out of Heaven like a lion,
The bride adorned with wedding gown.

She prepared to meet her husband,
As I could hear a great voice out;
Behold the dwelling place at hand,
Where He will dwell without a doubt.

For He will dwell with His people,
As God Himself will be with them;
The asylum of the temple,
Far from the ones He did condemn.

He will wipe the tears from their eyes,
Mourning and death shall be no more;
Crying or pain see their demise,
For Christ Jesus is your Savior.
