Deal abundant with Your servant,
That I may live and keep Your Word;
For I know You are observant,
About everything I have heard.

Open my eyes for to behold,
Wondrous things from out of Your Law;
As I watch the days to unfold,
And keeping from another flaw.

I am a sojourner on earth,
Hide not Your commandments from me;
Show unto me of their true worth,
That I can follow your decree.

My soul is consumed with yearning,
For Your precepts at all the time;
For Your judgments helps my learning,
How to avoid committing crime.

You have rebuked pride of the cursed,
Who wander from Your commandments;
You admonish them have coerced,
Others to join their regiments.

Remove from me scorn and contempt,
For I have kept Your testament;
So that I will never attempt,
Not to be disobedient.

Although princes plot against me,
Your servant bides on Your statutes;
They do give me insight to see,
Perception of Your attributes.

Your testimonies a delight,
Because they are my counselors;
So that I can do what is right,
No more as one of the quarrelers.
