Humility and gentleness,
Bearing to love one another;
With meekness and all lowliness,
Patience of sister and brother.

Maintain to keep the unity,
Of the Spirit a bond of peace;
One body in tranquility,
Let all your hostilities cease.

As you are called to the one hope,
His Spirit belongs to your call;
One Lord and faith helps you to cope,
One God and the Father of all.

One baptism through His grace given,
To the measurement as a gift;
Of salvation waits in Heaven,
After death as God will uplift.

When Christ ascended up on High,
He did lead a host of captives;
He gave gifts to each girl and guy,
Into Heaven where each one lives.
