I extol You my God and King,
I will bless Your name forever;
Blessing Your name songs that I sing,
A love that will never sever.

Great is the Lord that to be praised,
His greatness is unsearchable;
I am always to be amazed,
And in prayer always reachable.

I praise Your works to another,
And shall declare Your mighty acts;
To every sister and brother,
For Scripture is based on the facts.

Splendid grandeur of majesty,
Your wondrous works I meditate;
Still, you have so much modesty,
That my humbleness can relate.

I speak about Your awesome deeds,
And I will declare Your greatness;
Catering to my righteous needs,
Pouring forth abundant goodness.

God is merciful and gracious,
And abounding in steadfast love;
Slow to anger and audacious,
With blessings that flow from above.

The Lord is good unto us all,
His mercy is all He has made;
Compassion to all those that fall,
I will revere but not afraid.
