Rejoice greatly, girls of Zion,
Loud shouts girls of Jerusalem;
Cheering like a roaring lion,
Because Your King will not condemn.

Having salvation righteously,
The battle bow shall be cut out;
Humbly mounted on a donkey,
Confident and without a doubt.

He shall speak peace to the nations,
His rule shall be from sea to sea;
Delivering all salvations,
Throughout the earth He shall decree.

His covenant is coming from His blood,
Setting captives free from the pit;
Cleansed power of the crimson flood,
Doubters as spiritually fit.

Return back unto your stronghold,
All of you prisoners of hope;
He declares the it will unfold,
Restoring to show the full scope.

He has bent Judah as His bow,
Wield Greece a warrior’s sword;
Making Ephraim as His arrow,
Because God made Him as Your Lord.
