This is how one should regard us,
As servants and stewards of God;
Stewards of mysteries as thus,
As we also honor and laud.

We are to be faithful as found,
For it is neither a small thing;
To be judged and legally bound,
When appearing before the King.

For I myself am not aware,
But I am never justified;
Since confession I pray to share,
With the Father and Crucified.

Pronounce not judgment before time,
Of the return of Christ, the Lord;
The hidden darkness of a crime,
That it possibly been ignored.

Who would bring hidden in darkness,
Disclose the purpose of the heart;
Condemnation reveals starkness,
Of a sin that did not depart.
