MERRY CHRISTMAS

Regardless of religion politics come what may
It's that time of year once again it's true
We pray for peace and love and oneness
In many places of worship on earth we do

But evil still has it's say each night and day
Greed racism wealth the list so very long
And all the while in our as if Godly style
We sing of praise in many a Christmas song

From Silent Night Holy Night and many more
Thanking our chosen form of God that be
Wishing all his blessings and his dearest love
In what we choose to call soul depth sincerity

Yet stop look around at human kind on earth
With any honesty tell me what it is you see
Little children dying loss of lives destruction
Our earth suffering all from lack of sincerity

I wish all upon earth a MERRY CHRISTMAS
And I'll take that to my very one day grave
For all upon earth happiness love and kindness
Is the one thing I will always this life crave

I don't follow any of said or chosen religion
I don't need the words or books of any man
I only wish I could live to see one fine day
All loving one another in this my life span

Of I have my doubts of it ever being this time
I have my doubts of being in this class again
But every soul upon earth breathing oxygen
I sincerely wish every single one the very same
